Nightmare Follies

Laura (Maja Loom) stars in the new musical version of Troy as Helena. One day her understudy (Micaela Schäfer) tells her she got a part in the movie of a famous director and offers her to get her an audition with the big man and even offers her to rehearse some of the scenes with her prior to the audition. When Laura arrives  her understudy tells her she has to tie her up as her part is the one of a kidnapping victim. When Laura finally is bound and gagged helplessly, her evil understudy reveals to her, there will be no audition at all, but she will keep Laura bound and gagged in a dark cellar while she herself will go to the theater to take over Laura´s starring part as the famous director will be in the audience to watch her instread of Laura playing the beautiful Helena.

The performance however becomes a disaster and when the understudy returns to Laura, Laura fianally manages to free herself and beat her up.

The script is based on a story by Australian writer Brian Sands.
